Half art book, half artist instruction manual, More Sky is a guide book of proposed plans to take art out of museums and place it in the sky and air. Filled with text, instructions, hand-drawn type, and illustrations, the book is a wonderful display of Piene’s thought process in creation. Later published by MIT Press in proper binding, this first edition is presented in a looseleaf ring binder. Excellent condition. 142 pages.
