Details:

In this painting, the artist has used bold colors, graphic elements, and stylized figures to create a dynamic composition that toes the line between abstraction and figuration. He enhances his painted surfaces by adding multiple thin layers of opaque paint over his rough jute surfaces, which creates translucent or atmospheric effects. Large swaths of flat, colorful shapes provide movement and tension in this striking body of work.
