Taylor Anton White’s art consistently defies categorization. The artist juxtaposes text, found objects, and images of houses, cars, landscapes, and inanimate objects—often all within a single artwork. He utilizes a vast spectrum of media in his practice, ranging from spiral bindings, spray paint, airbrush, plasticized textiles, and charcoal, which lends a three-dimensionality to this work. Known for a multidisciplinary art practice used to explore abstraction, tone, content and mark-making, White challenges the viewer to identify his radically unconventional materials and art-making methods.

Taylor Anton White has mounted recent solo exhibitions at Pulpo Gallery in Murnau, Germany (2022); Roberts Projects in Los Angeles, CA (2021); MARQUEE PROJECTS in Bellport, NY (2021); and Monica King Contemporary in New York, NY (2020).

He has been included in group exhibitions at High Noon Gallery in New York, NY (2022); Galeria Fan Reus in Mallorca, Spain (2021); Everyday Gallery in Antwerp, Belgium (2021); and Newchild Gallery in Antwerp, Belgium (2021), among others.

His work has been featured in periodicals such as Artnet.com, Whitehot Magazine, New American Paintings, Art & Objects, Burnaway Magazine, and others. He was awarded the Cycamore Artist Residency, Brooklyn, NY, in 2018 and the Espositivo 7B Residency, Madrid, Spain, in 2017.
