About:
Fourteen30 Contemporary was founded in 2008 by Jeanine Jablonski, at its namesake location at 1430 SE 3rd Avenue in Portland, Oregon. The program consists of emerging and new generation international artists, many of whom have been included in significant gallery exhibitions worldwide. Fourteen30 Contemporary was located in the historic Goose Hollow neighborhood of Portland from 2012 to 2021. Fourteen30 Contemporary has presented significant solo exhibitions in the careers of artists such as Hannah Levy, Gina Beavers, Monique Mouton, Sayre Gomez, Sara Greenberger Rafferty, Eve Fowler and Nick Van Woert.
In early 2011, Fourteen30 Contemporary released its first publication, "Stay Time: A Year of Writing with Fourteen30 Contemporary," in collaboration with arts writer John Motley ("Art in America," "Frieze," "artforum.com.") The gallery has participated in several art fairs, including NADA Miami Beach, Art Los Angeles Contemporary, Material Art Fair and NADA Hudson. The gallery has presented over 80 exhibitions, which have been reviewed in numerous publications including "Frieze," "Art Papers," "Art in America," "Artforum," "The Oregonian," "Artnet.com" and "Art LTD." Fourteen30 Contemporary is a member of the New Art Dealers Alliance (NADA).
Fourteen30 Contemporary is currently nomadic, focusing on offsite exhibitions, special projects and anything that best serves the artist.
