SE Cooper Contemporary was established in 2021 as a space where artists can exhibit, connect and engage with the community. The Gallery is located in a 500-square-foot stand-alone building on 1.3 acres in southeast Portland. It was designed specifically to house art exhibitions in a uniquely rural environment within an urban setting.
